Warranty and Repair ServiceIn order to receive repair service in or out of warranty you must get prior approval from Industrial Image. To obtain this approval, you can call us at (770) 205-6636 or send an email to support@industrialimage.net. We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The monitor must be shipped back to Industrial Image with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. The package must be shipped to us freight prepaid. All our products have a one year limited warranty.

For repairs not covered under our warranty, a standard inspection fee of $70 will be charged to determine what the problem is. This fee will be applied to any repairs.
